Built in 2001, this hotel offers a total of 414 apartments spread over 8 floors. Guests may make use of the 2,000 m² garden and pool complex, a stylish foyer with 10 lifts and a lounge bar, safes, a currency exchange facility, safes and a 24-hour reception desk. In addition, there is a games room, a TV room, a hairdresser's salon, a newspaper stand and a small supermarket, several shops, a nightclub, a theatre room, a café, a cosy piano bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (highchairs for infants available on request). There is a conference room, a public Internet terminal and a WLAN Internet connection available for use by business guests. In addition, medical assistance is available to guests and there is a car park, a garage and a kids club and playground for younger guests.

Location
The Paraiso de Albufeira Apartments are centrally located in Albufeira's tourist centre. The main beach is approximately 1 km away and the town centre where scores of shopping and entertainment venues are located are within walking distance. The nearest golf course is approximately 3 km away; connections to the public transport network lie a mere 300 m from the hotel.

Accommodation
The complex offers 130 studio apartments and 210 one bedroom apartments. The modern, tastefully furnished apartments all have a tiled en suite bathroom, a lounge area, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a kitchenette, a fridge, air conditioning, central heating, a safe and balcony.

Meals
Guests may select their breakfast, midday and evening meals from an ample buffet. The midday and evening meal may be chosen from the menu; the evening meal may also be ordered from the à la carte selection. It is also possible to book a half board, full board, or all-inclusive stay.
Within the complex guests will find four restaurants. The main restaurant Eva where meals are served either in buffet or à la Carte style. The MGE restaurant which is used for special occasions and can seat up to 450 persons. During the summer it functions as restaurant for dinners in buffet service. The self-service restaurant Aquario which is located by the indoor pool and overlooking the gardens, where during the summer breakfasts and lunches are served in buffet style and Patio “Caribe” , the snack bar located by the outdoor pool area, and is only open during the summer season. There is also a the main bar of the Hotel offering live music every night, the pool bar and the Glam Club which is open daily from 7pm until late during the summer season only.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Lunch in winter though is table service. During breakfast juices, mineral water, coffee, tea and milk are offered; during lunch & dinner all the above plus house wine, draught lager beer and soft drinks. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the Portuguese A la Carte corner on the main restaurant with limited selection menu (with prior reservation). Snacks such as baguettes, submarines, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, pizza, fries and salads are available at the pool snack bar between 10:00 & 18:00 (summer only). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, juices, mineral water, house wine, sangria, port wine, draught beer (lager), Martini, whiskey, gin, rum, tequila, brandy, liqueurs, coffee, decaf, tea, herb tea and hot chocolate are served all year round in the main bar (10:00-23:00) and during summer at the entertainment lounge (19:00-23:00) and the pool bar (11:00-19:00, limited selection) as well.

Sports & Leisure
Within the hotel there is an outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor swimming pool (winter season only) and a heated indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the Health Club. There is a multi-use court for either 5-a-side football, basketball or handball, an 18 hole mini golf course, a tennis court and equipment is available for hire. The health club “Paradise Fitness” is open every day and is equipped with a heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, saunas, Turkish bath, Scottish Shower, Jacuzzi, body treatment programs, fitness, swimming lessons and massage. The hotel has 2 large games rooms with snooker and billiards tables, table tennis and table football, video games and flipper games.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include swimming pool, handball, basketball, football, tennis, daytime activities by the pool, sporting events as well as resident pianist (A la Carte restaurant), musician daily in the bar – year round, shows and entertainment in the entertainment lounge (summer only).
