The Golf Courses
Designed by the highly renowned Cabell Robinson, the three 18-hole championship courses of La Cala Golf Resort provide an unforgettable golf holiday experience. Set in a beautiful nature reserve, the courses are surrounded by spectacular scenery. In addition, there is also a top quality six-hole par 3 course that is attached to the only David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Spain.
The three 18-hole courses offer different challenges. Campo America s longer than the tight, challenging Campo Asia. The Third Course - Campo Europa - was opened in March 2005. The fairways are generous from the tees and the greens are slightly larger than on the existing courses. They are not severely contoured but are well bunkered and will be easier for the average golfer. The par 71 course measures 6014 metres.
The David Leadbetter Academy has covered and grass driving bays and the team of teaching professionals can design a teaching plan specially tailored for your needs. There is also a practice green and a club-fitting service for any important equipment adjustments.
The clubhouse is the location for the fully-stocked pro shop, a gymnasium and saunas in the luxurious and recently renovated dressing rooms.
