Having started in the 18th century as a popular Coaching Inn on the main route north of Edinburgh the family owned Green Hotel has retained its reputation for warm hospitality and excellent service.
The hotel lies in a quiet corner of the small country town of Kinross, which has many historic connections with Scotland's glorious past. With Loch Leven and the bordering hills it is an idyllic place to escape for a golfing break. As well as golf, there is a host of leisure opportunities guaranteed to help you relax and unwind. The Montgomery Golf Course - Par 71, 6452 yards
This first class Parkland course in Kinross is regarded as the senior course to its sister, The Bruce. The Montgomery is now even more interesting with recent changes, including 19 new bunkers, 4 new white Championship tees and a pond on the 11th hole - all adding to the difficulties of this great Parkland course.
The Bruce Golf Course - Par 73, 6231 yards
A slightly gentler challenge to its sister course The Montgomery but still equally as enjoyable. The front nine includes a sequence of four Par 5’s in the space of 6 holes – punctuated by the infamous pond hole (6th). Both The Bruce and The Montgomery offer an abundance of wildlife.
