The menu is based on the skilful presentation of good and wholesome Scottish ingredients, including salmon, venison, Aberdeen Angus and west coast mussels. Given that there is a very good chance that your fellow diners will be golfers, the hotel’s policy is to assume that you will be ready for dinner!
Breakfast in the main dining room follows the tried and tested format of help yourself to starters, then a main order is taken. Wholefoods, tempting fresh fruit and quality cereals are especially well represented. However, the traditional Scottish breakfast is a great way to start your golfing day.
