Final qualifying venue for the 2007 Open, the Monifieth Medal course offers well grassed narrow running fairways, lush semi-rough, heavy rough, fast consistent greens and deep revetted bunkers.

Monifieth is a very challenging course and is sandwiched between two Open Championship courses, St. Andrews to the South and Carnoustie to the East.
