The cuisine
The Costa del Sol is also renowned for its food, and eating out is both pleasurable and amazingly inexpensive. Seafood is a local speciality, and delicious tapas are available in many of the bars.
On golf free days there is so much to see and do. A trip to the ancient town of Ronda situated in the mountains is a must. The beautiful mountain village of Mijas is just a short drive from the coast, and if you travel further afield there is the splendid city of Granada.
