Your Holiday Contract
These Terms and Conditions form a contract between Golf Amigos/Golf Amis and you the client, for the provision of all the services and arrangements that make up the package holidays outlined in our brochures and websites www.golfamigos.co.uk / www.golfamis.co.uk / www.simplyteetimes.com It is important that you read and understand these conditions and that you are fully aware of what we are providing under the contract.

ATOL - Air holidays and Flights are protected as we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our licence number is ATOL 5258. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. AITO Trust � We are fully bonded for package holidays which do not contain a flight element. Our membership of the AITO Trust scheme means that if you are travelling by sea or land, or even if you have booked your own flight, your holiday package booked with us have full financial protection. Making a Booking
Telephone or email us to confirm your booking. A deposit at time of booking is required to secure the arranged package (plus appropriate holiday insurance fee if required.) On receipt of your deposit we will forward a receipt and a confirmation invoice showing the balance due and the date by which your final settlement must reach us. At this point a binding contract will exist between yourself and Golf Amigos/Golf Amis, subject to our booking terms and conditions and the booking terms and conditions of the airline, ferry or rail company with whom we book your travel sector. All bookings made within 10 weeks of the departure date must be paid for in full on booking. Should the final payment not reach us by the date stated on the invoice we reserve the right to consider the holiday cancelled and the relevant cancellation charges would apply. All holidays must be paid for 10 weeks before departure.
Once you have made a booking, we will guarantee the price on your holiday confirmation invoice. This will not change unless you or we change your holiday arrangements, subject to the following exceptions:
The price of your holiday iwill be subject to surcharges on the following items: governmental action (including new taxes, or increases to existing taxes), aircraft fuel, over flying charges, airport charges and increases in scheduled airfares. If this means paying more than 10% of the holiday price, you will be entitled to cancel your holiday with a full refund of all money paid except for any premium paid to us for holiday insurance and amendment charges.
Should you decide to cancel because of surcharges, you must exercise your right to do so within 14 days from the issue date printed on the invoice. We reserve the right to impose surcharges, due to the above listed items, at any time up to 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellation may be advised by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing. Bookings cancelled more than 56 days before departure will result in loss of deposit.

Charges payable to Booking Ammendments
If you wish to make changes to your booking we will do our best to assist. The cost of making changes to your booking, vary depending on the nature of the change.
For changes of a relatively minor nature i.e name changes (excluding packages including flights � see below), change of hotel within the same destination, golf course or tee time, hire car, the following charges will apply per person for each change made:
More than 30 days prior to departure = £15
30 days or less prior to departure = £30 *
*Changes to golf 30 days or less prior to departure will incur the full loss of the green fee.
Name changes to charter flights will incur the following charges:
More than 15 days prior to departure = £35 approx.
15 days or less prior to departure = £50 approx.
Name changes to schedule flights will incur the following charges:
Airlines administration fee = £30 + fare difference
30 days or less prior to departure = The full air fare
(BA & TAP do not allow any name changes to be made)
In addition to these charges the new ticket will be booked at the air fare that is valid on the date of the change, this will not necessarily be at the same air fare as the original booking. If within 10 weeks of departure you change your departure date airline cancellation charges will apply. Charges to your departure date more than 10 weeks prior to your departure date will incur an administration fee of £15 per person for each detail changed.
Where the price varies depending on the number of persons booked and you wish to change the number of persons booked, the price will be recharged on the basis of the new party size as shown in the price given.
A separate Cancellation Charge will be levied in respect of bookings cancelled. A new Holiday Invoice will be issued as appropriate, on which the Cancellation Charges will be shown.
Green Fees / Tee Times
When making your golf holiday booking our sales team will request your ideal days of play and preferred tee times.
Once a tee time has been confirmed �actual time' we reserve the right to charge an �ammendment fee' for any changes made on you the clients behalf.
Cancellation of �actual times' may incur cancellation charges up to the value of the pre-paid green fee, subject to the cancellation policy of the course involved.
If the course subsequently changes your �actual time' due to a Club Competition for example, we will try to ensure a suitable alternative is found. Changes to golfing arrangements will not be considered as �Major Changes'.
Golf Clubs reserve the right to match up golfers in order to create 4 balls to maximise tee times.
Where a Golf Club imposes handicap restrictions we will pass on your handicap details but it is your responsibility to comply.
Golf Amigos / Golf Amis will endeavour to meet your requests for specific courses, days and tee times. These are subject to availability and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Accordingly requests are not binding to Golf Amigos / Golf Amis.
Golf Course Conditions
Golf Amigos / Golf Amis cannot be held responsible for actual playing conditions of the golf courses whether caused by course maintenance or weather conditions etc. Golf Amigos / Golf Amis have a policy of requesting all maintenance schedules and when advised we relay this information to our clients. It is unfortunate however that these schedules can change depending on the weather and other factors as decided by the Golf Course Manager/Director.
Golf Amigos / Golf Amis cannot be held responsible for loss of tee times on day of arrival or departure, if due to changes, delays or cancellations of airlines, rail services and ferry companies. (claims should be submitted to your Travel Insurance Company)
More and more golf courses are now requesting clients provide handicap certificates should they request to see them upon check-in. It is the client's responsibility to be able to present their handicap certificate if required.
Unfortunately Golf Amigos / Golf Amis do not pre-book buggies. Clients must arrange and pay buggy hire locally.
Golf Club Carriage
As above on Page 1, the vast majority of airlines now levy a charge for golf club carriage therefore please check with our reservations team for the latest information on golf club carriage before making your booking.
Please note the airlines may alter these policies at their discretion without prior notice. Golf Amigos/Golf Amis, are not liable for any excess baggage charges that may be applied
