A little further west we come to the smaller resort of Carvoeiro and the Almansor Hotel set in a magnificent clifftop location. Alvor is another unspoiled resort with 3 great hotels in a wonderful setting. Close by is the Meridien Penina Hotel and its famous championship course.

The historic town of Lagos and the delightful village of Praia da Luz are the most westerly resorts we feature. Both are ideally placed for playing the popular Palmares course, Parque da Floresta and the excellent Boavista course.
